For the 12th year in a row, our Annual Craft Fair brings local makers and shoppers together for a fun winter day inside the warm greenhouse at Berns Garden Center – Middletown.

We’re looking for talented local businesses and makers to join us for a day of handmade goods, seasonal shopping and community connection. There is no vendor fee to participate.

Vendor spaces are limited, and applications are reviewed based on product quality and category type. We limit the number of vendors in each category so shoppers can enjoy a variety of goods.

All vendor tear down must be completed by 5 pm on Saturday, January 16.

Vendor Spaces

Vendors set up on our large greenhouse tables. We offer half-table and full-table spaces.

  • Full table: 12 x 5.5 feet
  • Half table: 6 x 5.5 feet

Food vendors will be placed inside the retail store, connected to the greenhouse.

Space is limited, so please indicate your preferred space size on the application.
