Fundraising with Berns is simple, seasonal, and profitable.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 40 % of every sale goes back to your organization
  • Sell from our seasonal fundraiser collections of locally grown hanging baskets, porch pots, and annuals.
  • Customers Shop Online - no order forms, no door to door selling! No collecting money!
  • Orders are fulfilled in Beavercreek or Middletown
  • All you have to do is share the collection link and organization code!

Important Dates

Fall Fundraising Begins:

August 1st – August 22nd

Pickup Dates: Thursday through Sunday | September 17th – September 27th

We encourage your organization to ask supporters to select the same pickup day. This gives you the opportunity to be present at the garden center, thank your supporters in person, and engage with your community as they pick up their orders.

Donation Distribution: Checks will be issued to participating organizations by September 12th.
