Welcome

All nursery stock we install has a warranty of 18 months from the date of installation. We must be notified prior to the expiration period and have the right to inspect the item(s) on site. Warranty is given to original buyer and is nontransferable. Invoices past due will void the warranty.

Warranty does not apply to above ground containers, or customer’s plants which have been transplanted. We do not warrant against loses due to vandalism, theft, mechanical or chemical injury, animal damage, pest damage, neglect or acts of God such as weather extremes. Reasonable care is required and maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.
